Slow Cooker Chile Verde
Used one large can green enchilada sauce, 1 small can green salsa, 1 can green chilis, 1 can diced tomatoes with jalapenos with lime juice, cumin, coriander, salt for sauce.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Cut cream cheese in half, substitute sour cream. Add mushrooms.

Italian Sausage Lasagna
I doubled recipe, added canned mushrooms, spinach, and fennel seeds. Topped off with mozzarella.
