I'm originally from Hawaii but i now live in Orlando, Fl. Very little difference in climate at times but there's more things in Florida that will eat you than in Hawaii. I really don't have a favorite food to cook. Everything is based on what I feel like at the moment. I come from a very diverse background. Living in Hawaii, you get exposed to different types of food and most of the time, it ends up as fusion cooking where Asia meets the West. I come from a Filipino family where cooking is a social pastime where everyone in the family just hangs out to cook and eat. This can happen anywhere from once every few weeks to every couple days. I miss those days. I still haven't mastered the art of yeast bread or perfect biscuits. It always turns out really hard. If you're looking for free hockey pucks, I got tons of those.
