Im a 29 year old male I have always had an interest in cooking, when i was 15 i decided it was more than an interest, i had a passion for it. I enrolled in a homecks class in the 7th grade, it was not ur regular class, i was bussed to a different school with a full professional kitchen, and was taught from sanitation to Gourmet presentation and every thing in between, over the matter of 4 years. I love to cook every thing, there really is nothing that i have cooked that i have not liked. Polish food, as my grandfather and grandmother was born in poland. (mothers side) Southern food as my Father was born and raised in the south. There is quit a few, to many to list, but one example is, Triple layer tostata. Oh i have many, im sure every one has, the one that stands out is probably, when i tried making saganaki. Lets just say i spent $300 to get the ceiling repainted.
