Im a 29 year old male
I have always had an interest in cooking, when i was 15 i decided it was more than an interest, i had a passion for it. I enrolled in a homecks class in the 7th grade, it was not ur regular class, i was bussed to a different school with a full professional kitchen, and was taught from sanitation to Gourmet presentation and every thing in between, over the matter of 4 years.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook every thing, there really is nothing that i have cooked that i have not liked.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Polish food, as my grandfather and grandmother was born in poland.

My cooking triumphs
There is quit a few, to many to list, but one example is, Triple layer tostata.
My cooking tragedies
Oh i have many, im sure every one has, the one that stands out is probably, when i tried making saganaki. Lets just say i spent $300 to get the ceiling repainted.
