This recipe is amazing! The cheeses were rather expensive (since they are sold in larger quantities than what the recipe asked for) so I won't be able to make this all the time. But as an occasional treat, definitely!

Red Skinned Potato Salad

DELICIOUS - everyone loved it. NEXT TIME, though, I will boil the potatoes for longer. They were still a little too firm after 15 minutes.

Shepherd's Pie VI

I thought this Shepherd's Pie was really good, delicious even - but I had a hard time mashing the potatoes myself without the necessary tools, so my hands were aching at the end and the top layer of the pie was lumpy. It took much longer than an hour to prepare and cook, too. Also, I seasoned the meat with some Adobo and Oregano. I will try it again in the future, though. :)

Asian Coconut Rice

Wonderful recipe. I doubled everything to make 8 servings... fantastic. Everyone had seconds. The rice coconut flavor with the jasmine rice... so yummy! Will definitely make again!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Phenominal recipe! I doubled it to 8 servings (I was having guests), and it came out PERFECT! Sticky, sweet and spicy, just as promised. All I did differently was add some finely chopped red onions and a sprinkling pf curry powder into the sauce. My friends were raving! Thank you for posting this delicious recipe.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

I cooked for my boyfriend and two of our friends the night I tried this recipe out. Delicious! We all loved it. The cashews were such a creative and yummy touch. Next time I'll make more of the sauce, because I used so much broccoli that it ran out.

Pasta With White Clam Sauce

This is the first recipe I decided to use when I joined this site! What a hit with with my friends and my boyfriend. Everyone filled their plates twice. I added a little extra lemon joice, but otherwise followed this word for word. Delicious!
