I have always loved to cook and love to do "different" things. After a few months of marriage, my husband said can we have just "plain" hamburgers, spaghetti or chili. I love to try all kinds of things and there isn't anything I don't like, except TEA. Wow, not sure. I tend to like to cook anything that is a bit "different". I often try new and unusual things. I love casseroles. I bake too, so I am not sure if I have a favorite. I also decorate cakes. We love our traditional holiday side items. Baby Pearl Onions in cream sauce for Thanksgiving. I made a 5 layer wedding cake and it didn't fall over. It had red flowers and thankfully the red did not run in to the white icing to turn it pink. I was very satisfied with that. For a very short time I had an electric stove and burnt a lot of things. I had it converted to gas very soon after that and only like to cook on gas.
