Wonderful recipe, thank you. I have made it several times using different fruits and then I freeze them in pops for the kids. They LOVE them! (So do the adults!)

"Wow, Mmmm...and These are the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had!" These were comments from my husband and co-workers. They are the best, period. I made 46 sandwich cookies following the recipe to a tee and I used all of the filling, (non left over as one review said). I used my teaspoon measuring spoon to get the right size and hand rolled them into balls before flattening them with the bottom of a smooth measuring cup. They were perfect. Thank you for sharing such a great recipe! This website ROCKS!!!
