PHILADELPHIA(R) 3-STEP(R) White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
This was VERY good. I added fresh raspberries in before baking instead of the jam, and it turned out fabulous. I also covered it with a thin chocolate frosting...just melted chocolated with a little bit of half and half. Heaven. Family and friends loved it!

Tangy Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
This was simply delicious. I made the dressing with 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 white wine vingear, as well as a teaspoon of pure maple syrup and a pinch of pepper, and subsituted canola for olive oil. I also added dried cranberries which was amazing! :)

Peach Kuchen
I've made this twice now and it always turns out perfectly. I used two fresh peaches and sprinkled some frozen blueberries in...the colors looked so pretty together! I also sprinked some streusel on top...1TBS butter, 2 TBS Flour and 1 TBS sugar. Work together by hand, make more as desired...makes a perfect crispy topping. Thanks for the great recipe!
