My boyfriend loved this! I added some frozen spinach (thawed) and a package of cream cheese. I also put extra parm and some mozz on top of the dish. It ended up being a really thick dish. I might want to try and thin it out a little bit next time and use less cream cheese. It ended up being very good though.

Apple Crisp III

Overall, it was pretty good. I used wheat flour instead of white and applesauce instead of butter. The top ended up being good, but could have been a little crispier. I would also use a little less water or maybe cut the apples a little bit thicker the next time I used the recipe because the apples ended up being a little mushy. I'll def. use this recipe again with a few alterations. Thanks!

Banana Crumb Muffins

I made these muffins with a "healthy" twist. I used whole wheat flour and applesauce in place of butter. I didn't use the crumbles on top either. They ended up turning out fantastic with half the calories!! My roommate loved them and I didn't want to stop eating them. Thanks for the recipe.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars

For some reason these didn't really turn our for me. They were VERY tart and the top ended up having a very odd texture. The crust was good though. I'll def. use it for the bottom of other things, like fruit pizza!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I made this for dinner for the people that I work with. Even the one person that didn't like mac n' cheese loved it! It was creamy and all the flavors blended very nicely. Awesome recipe!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Taco Pies

I made this with taco seasoning and ground turkey. I also layered the beans, turkey,and cheese twice instead of just once. I left off the top layer. It ended up being really good!

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

I love these cookies. I love pumpkin so it's great when I find a good recipe for it. I didn't use cloves because I didn't have any on hand so I used cinn, ginger, and nutmeg. They are really moist, so I think I'll just be leaving them out instead of in a container. Thanks for the recipe!

Man-Lovin' Potatoes

These potatoes are VERY rich, almost too rich. The first couple of bites were really good, but after that it was a little to much. I think I am going to try to make them again with a little less sauce.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I changed the recipe a little bit. I doubled the batter and I used raspberries instead of the blueberries with some mini chocolate chips mixed in. The batter made 6 large muffins and 7 mini muffins (for a friend.) They were really good! The next time I make them I probably won't put the topping on them. The sides burnt a little because of it. Other than that they were delicious.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

I agree, cook the bacon before. I half cooked it before and it still wasn't the texture that I wanted it at. I would make this recipe again with just a few alterations. It was pretty good!!

Banana Cream Cheese Pie

For some reason this pie didn't set for me. I had to put it into the freezer and it still took awhile. Once it was set it had an amazing taste though. Instead of using strawberries in the topping I used raspberries and blueberries. The tartness of the raspberries set off the sweetness of the pie really nicely.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I love this recipe. To make it healthier for me I cut out the sugar and preserves and made the chips with whole wheat tortillas. I also add in other fruits sometimes, whatever I think might go well. My boyfriend and I couldn't stop eating it.

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa

This recipe has a really fresh taste to it. You can really taste all of the ingredients. Great for summer!! I think I'll add jalapenos to it next time to give it a little more taste and kick.
