Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Very good recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and everyone liked it but we all agreed that it would be better without the sugar. I personally would increase the garlic too but I like a lot more garlic than most.

Easy Marinated Mushrooms
Very tasty and easy too. The marinade could be used for several other dishes. I'm a big fan.

Easy Salsa Meatloaf
This was pretty good but not our favorite meatloaf recipe. Just a personal preference though.
