I am a home school mom of a 17 year old daughter. I love Jesus with all my heart! I enjoy cooking more and more especially when I try new things so it doesn't get boring! I hate to cook meatloaf because I made it for so many years(my husband's favorite!) Going on the Daniel Fast was the best thing I ever did because it changed my view of food in the way that I would like to make healthier meals and use more fruits and vegetables in my cooking. I love to bake and want to learn how to make healthier recipes using natural sweeteners and less dairy. My daughter is my inspiration because she has fun at cooking and taught me to have fun, try new things and to experiment and be adventurous! I love to make: anything with chicken, soup, desserts, smoothies; anything new and interesting. They are making Christmas cookies and making mashed potatoes. My apple pie, blueberry lemon pie, key lime pie, pumpkin bread, ice cream cake, and chicken noodle soup. I have had many!:)But salmon would have to be the most memorable!
