Easy Mexican Casserole

Very good! I will be making this again since it pleased my picky eaters! Its hard to find meals that pleases 4 kids, but this recipe went above and beyond.

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

I made this using 1/2 the rice and an extra 1/2lb of ground beef. I also replaced the tomato soup with ketchup and salsa. Turned out fine! In fact, the kids asked if I'd make it again!

Pizza Casserole

This gets 5 stars because it pleased my 4 kids who are ALL picky eaters. I put everything in that the kids like on pizza and they ate it up like you wouldn't believe. AND, it was so easy to make!
