Super Easy Doughnuts

I only used half of an egg and the 6 Tbs of milk and had no problems working with the dough with some dusting of flour. Only thing i would change is adding more sugar. The donuts didnt have a lot of flavor but i would say a good base recipe for cake donuts

Blonde Brownies I

Cake Balls

I used a chocolate super moist boxed cake mix, vanilla frosting, and regular chocolate coating bark. It wasnt as sweet as I would have liked. Although I think I like my icings/treats more rich than most people it is just my opinion. In my second batch-i divided it into three out of the recipe-i added a 1/2 C of powdered sugar. That helped some. In my last i added peanut butter. It was harder to make the balls but everything is better with peanut butter.

Shrimp Stir-Fry

Had to double the sauce definetely. The flavor wasnt exactly what I was expecting, it was very peanut tasting to me. But the sauce was pleasantly creamy

Purple Monstrosity Fruit Smoothie

Just the perfect smoothie that I was craving. I tried it both ways, one with the orange juice and one with milk. I felt it really needy the acidity of the orange juice. So the recipe is perfect

Bill's Sausage Gravy

This is definitely the better gravy recipe. I have been making gravy like this since I was a child, being from the south. If you don't let the flour brown it will not have much flavor. Thank you for adding that tip

Herbed Rice Pilaf

It was my first attempt to make rice not from out of a box haha. Mine turned out creamy and very flavorful. I did add garlic. It did take longer than 50 minutes though probably about an hour and 15 minutes

Coconut Shrimp I

This is a great recipe. I did substitute the beer for coconut milk because it was easier for me to get being under age. It made the coconut flavor really stand out. I can't stop eating them!

Mint Buttercream Frosting With Dark Chocolate Glaze

The mint buttercream frosting was delicious! We loved it, but after making the dark chocolate glaze and even adding powdered sugar to it, I could not bring myself to put that on my cake. I didn't think the mint frosting was too sweet, so I didnt think it needed the glaze anyway.

Black Chocolate Cake

This cake was pretty good. I followed the recipe completely except subsituting milk for water. It wasn't as sweet as I was expecting it to be. I have had sweeter and more moist cakes, it dried out fast on the ends when I was cooling it.
