Chicken Thigh Fricassee with Mushrooms and Rosemary
Followed the directions to a "t" as a barometer for this first try. Overall the flavor was outstanding. However with just a baguette I felt it was lacking. I will review the "reviews" to see what others might have used to bolster this recipe and give it more substance. Will definitely do this one again.

Steff's Shepherd Pie
Super and easy to make. Nice variation of Shepherds Pie. My kids loved it. I sauteed the onions with the beef and added garlic as well. Otherwise followed the recipe as provided. Tabasco on my serving was nice.

Roasted Potatoes with Greens
Rosemary adds flavor but had to add more salt and I am not a salt person. Probably do this again and add more herbs.
