About this Cook
I like to read a lot and window shopping is very fun at my favorite mall but buying the stuff there is fun too. When I make desserts, it sort of puts me in a peaceful mood. But if you're in the kitchen with me, I will probably push you out.
My favorite things to cook
Dessert - I like making all inds of desserts and my goal right now is to find an American dessert that is not too sweet to the taste buds of my family, who are Asian and don't like it to be too sweet.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
These were delicious. And they really DID melt in my mouth. But make sure the cookies aren't too big because smaller cookies come out cooked batter (and atually cooked all the way through) than larger cooies. And the larger cookies will break at touch. Let them cool before you try to take them off with a spatula. I made these for my school bake sale and they went sold out!

Apple Pike
Five apples will NOT fit in this pan. Only the bottom half came out cooked nicely and when I added a bit more time, the top apples burned. The cake mixture part of it tastes okay and the best part was the brown sugar and walnuts but that was IT. It is a waste of apples, trust me.
