I'm married to a wonderful man, who is currently deployed in Iraq...AGAIN. I'm mom to two awesome boys, who are 12 and 8, and eat like two growing boys!!! I also work full time in the special education field, primarily with 3 to 5 year olds. I love my family, love to cook for them, and love baking things to take into work. In my spare time (?)I'm an avid shopper, and I love to go dancing. I also collect cookbooks and enjoy rubber stamping. I love to make healthy tasty food, love to try out new recipes. I started baking before I started cooking, so I think that is my favorite. My favorite part about cooking is finding a recipe that my family loves.
