Black Bean And Corn Salad II

AWESOME! This salad was so different and so good. I made it to accompany quesadillas and got many great compliments on it!

My husband has a catering company, and as a special request, the client wanted Pumpkin Muffins. I used this recipe and everyone raved about them, (even our chef, who is a CIA graduate!) So we will definitely be using this recipe again. Too easy and good not to!

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

This is a great recipe. I don't like cinnamon, and I used dark chocolate instead, and the cookies are wonderful. I hope that my husband starts eating these, or else things could get dangerous with an entire batch in front of me!
