Turkey 'n Stuffing Bake
My husband, who is NOT a turkey OR stuffing lover, actually went back for seconds on this dish... definitely a winner! (I substituted mozzarella and pepper jack cheese for the French fried onions to cut down on the saltiness and to add flavor.)

Cauliflower with Dijon Sauce

Donna's Chocolate Zucchini Bread
I didn't have any squares of chocolate, so I substituted some melted semisweet choc chips and some cocoa powder. I also stirred in some semisweet chips at the end. It was wonderful!
