Spicy Lemon Pork Saute
my fiance and I both really liked it at first, but the lemon got too strong for us after a few bites. I love lemon, and would still recommend using about half the amount in the recipe.

Chicken and Red Bean Enchiladas
As a lot of other reviewers mentioned, the sauce would have been very bland as written. I added cumin, garlic powder, pepper and some red pepper flakes and we still felt it was missing something. The sauce also turned out very thin for me... next time I'd use half the amount of chicken broth, maybe less. With a few modifications, these have the potential to be quite tasty. Will try again!!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce
I grew up with an Italian best friend, and I constantly begged her mother to make Penne alla vodka for me... this sauce is much different from the way she makes it, but just as good! I love the addition of the sausage.. I used hot Italian to add a little kick. It was delicious!! It was just my fiance and I, so I made the whole amount at dinner time, had it for lunch the next two days, and still had more to freeze. I'm addicted!
