10 Pound Cheesecake
Delicious!! and so easy to make. I will definetly make this again. Instead of gram crackers for the crust I used 2 1/2 rows of oreos and 1/2c. butter. so good.

Lena's Potato Salad
VERY GOOD POTATOE SALAD, THE EGGS GIVE A A GREAT TWIST. I ADDED A LITTLE RANCH DRESSING FOR EXTRA FLAVOR. DELICIOUS.

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken
I MADE THIS RECIPE TONIGHT, SO GOOD I DIDN'T HAVE ANY SPINICH ON HAND, SO I USED BROCCOLI AND SWEET ONION DICED WITH SALT AND PEPPER. I ALSO SKIPPED THE CAJUN SEASONING AND USED GALIC PEPPER ON THE CHICKEN. GREAT RECIPE WOULD LOVE TO TRY WITH SPINICH.
