Homemade Italian Turkey Sausage
The absolute best sausage I have ever eaten. I do add a little Cyane pepper to give it some zip but this is a awsome recipe. I let mine set over night in a ziplock bag in the fridge - The smell drives me nuts until I cook it. I use it for breakfast sausage, Its just that good.
