Crustless Spinach Quiche
Just lovely! I added some green onion, a small amount of chopped chives, finely chopped mushrooms, and some extra spinach since I like a quiche that has more veggies in it. Also added a few extra eggs to account for the added veggies. I only had sharp cheddar on hand so used that in-place. Also had extra pie dough I wanted to use, so I used a cookie cutter to place a crust on just the base of the quiche, and they came out fantastic with just the right flavor and everyone asking for the recipe!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Amazing! Added 1/8 tsp almond extract, and 2/3 cups sugar because we like our cookies slightly sweeter. Stayed moist, but didn't crumble. Used them for a cookie bouquet and they came out PERFECT! Used the AR recipe for sugar cookie glaze, and was delighted with the end result.

S'mores Bars
I also left out the peanuts, and used crushed graham cracker as a base. Sadly I went a little overboard with the marshmallows so it got a little too gooey, but still tasted GREAT.
