lovely recipe!! altho im hardly in the kitchen, im one ambitious baker. must say that this recipe is fool-proof even for first-timers. made a serving of 10, produced 4 n a half trays of small-medium puffs. it puffed up beautifully, piped in the filling thru a hole made with chopstick. fat & neat puffs. all of them love this!
