Chicken Honey Nut Stir Fry
This was a good dish. I marinated the chicken in soy sauce and chili paste for a few hours before stir frying it. I also added a fresh mix of chive, basil and cilantro to the top of the stiry fry when I finished cooking it. Instead of cashews, we had Beer Nuts, so I put those on top. So good!! I will make this dish again.
