Crustless Spinach Quiche

To much spinach. If we were to make again we thought we would make with less spinach. We made two quiche and we liked the one with Sour Cream better than this one.

Broccoli Hash Brown Quiche

The was excellent. We used a prepared pie crust and put in Asparagus instead of the brocolli. It was absoluted wonderful. The quiche was firm and very cream.
