Slow Cooker Roast Beef
VERY GOOD. I USED A HIGH QUALITY BEEF BASE FOR FLAVOR. ALSO INCREASED ALL THE VEGGIES. I USED A RUMP ROAST. RUBBED OLIVE OIL OVER BEEF AND PATTED WITH MCORMIC ROAST RUB.
