Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I think I loved this more than the man of the house, but to my surprise my three year old daughter gave it a literal "thumbs up" and then proceeded to "mmmmmmmm." through the rest of the bowl! Will definitely make again! I did one part cream one part milk, and added a half cup of shredded cheddar for extra "POW!" Next time I'll do the same but add more potatoes!
