About this Cook
I was supposed to attend cooking school right out of high school, but wanted a year off that turned into 10. You don't have to be a proffesional to make your food taste like you are.
My favorite things to cook
Chili, Beef Stew, Tacos, and anything on the grill.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Beef stew and marinated chicken breasts from my dad, chili from my mom, noodles and cookies from my grandmas.
My cooking triumphs
I have pulled of a lot of fancy dinners for entertaining and am really getting the presentation aspect down.
My cooking tragedies
My chili lost a contest at my work because all of the tasters seemed to like sweet chili. Mine is not sweet.
