I thought that the recipe was wonderful but i did add about 1/4 of balsamic vinegar to the marinate... everyone loved it...tasted better the second day as leftovers in my lunch. Big hit with the inlaws!

Made this last night.. it was so easy and tasty at the same time! I am so loving these reciepes... take advie about it being to much pasta... i think i might even cut it down to 1/3 cup.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Although it does not call for garlic.... I did use minced galic in the marinade, it's just what I do. Big hit with me and I got a not bad for someone who swears that they hate lamb! 2 thumbs up here...
