OH. MY. GOD. this was DELICIOUS!!!! i didn't put quite so many pepperoncini in because i don't like super-hot things, but man, it was unbelievable. don't make this on a date, though, because it gives you HORRIBLE garlic breath. :)

perhaps it REALLY needs the bacon? i'm not a fan of bacon, so i left it out, making this recipe just rather interesting. it definitely needed something else, which may have been the bacon.

Red Pepper Salad with Parsley Dressing

I actually wasn't able to get my hands on the watercress, and I just used iceberg lettuce (it's all I had available!) but this was still wonderful! I got so many compliments on the dressing! Very crisp and refreshing.

Bruschetta I

This was SO GOOD!!!! I let it sit in the fridge for about a day or two before my party, then when it came time to assemble, I made a garlic butter sauce and brushed it on both sides of the bread, put the bruschetta on top, and then popped it in the oven on 350 (?) for about 10ish minutes or so, just until the bread was toasted on the edges. SOOOOOOO YUMMMMMY!!!!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

I didn't notice the other reviews that said to use 2 eggs, but I didn't quite have enough bread crumbs, so it worked out fine with just 1 egg. I think I probably had 1/3 cup of bread crumbs, which meant that the burgers were still nice and moist and good. :)

Mediterranean Pasta with Greens

I made this with chopped black olives instead of kalmata, and spinach instead of chard (i'm but a poor college student), and it was UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS!!!!
