My name is Karen and I live in Arizona. I'm a Junior in high school and I'm attending a tech school for half the day studying culinary arts. I like eating healthy- I hate soda and pop tarts and stuff like that. I pretty much just love to cook and bake it's a constant hobby! I have a terrible sweet tooth... and that's pretty much it! Pretty much anything... I like anything that gives me a challenge in the kitchen. Every Thanksgiving we use my great-great grandmother's recipe for a tart cranberry and orange relish. Pretty much everything I attempt to make turns out pretty good... I once tried to make a chocolate silk pie and I melted a pan... don't ask me how!
