Aunt Norma's Rhubarb Muffins
These are absolutly delicious. I replaced the oil by Apple Sauce to make them less fatening. Excellent

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo
Easy, fast and excellent. What more can you expect! Would be nice to try with one third white wine and two third cream.
