Since buying our home nearly a year ago I've discovered I love cooking in my own kitchen. Thanks to this website I've got unlimited ideas and my fiancé is always a willing test subject. I love my slow cooker, I work full time and it's great to come home to a cooked meal. I also love Asian Stir-Fry, that has been a lot of fun and I'm always looking for new ideas. The holidays were always about food in my family. We love to talk and eat...sometimes at the same time. :) Peanut butter blossoms and pumpkin pies, ham and turkey with my Mom's famous stuffing, mashed potatoes with real turkey gravy are comfort food favorites of mine. A white chicken chili recipe I cooked for my future Mom-In-Law who is an AMAZING cook. When my fiancé asked for the recipe for her later that week, I felt awesome. When I don't read the directions and rush... disaster always strikes.
