Great recipe. Tried to stick to original as much as possible. But I had a little bit of 35% cream I wanted to use up. So in it went instead of milk. This is on a 10" spring foam cake. At first I thought I was going to have to make a double batch. But it s a really fluffy icing and goes far. Iced the cake and had leftover so put in black coloring and did the borders and my letters were to big should have said Happy B-Day :o). Oh well. Wife loves the icing. And she even has some left over in a dish she will attack later with a spoon :o} Great recipe.
