Chocolate Truffle Cookies
honestly i was a bit afraid to make these because of some of the reviews i read but some of the reviews made them sound too good to pass up. After mixing up the recipe, I divided up the dough into 2 containers so i would only have to get out half at a time when baking. I left the dough in the refrig for over 24 hours. Used a cookie scoop to make balls. The dough gave me no trouble at all. The cookies turned out cute and really yummy! (For the 2nd cup of chips I used milk chocolate chips.)
