I used some suggestions and left the milk out, sub the sugar for 1/3C of honey, and I probably triple the lemon juice and no vanilla since I did not have any on hand. Used the blender and did not have any lump issues at all. I used a store bought graham crust. I really like it. Served with blueberry syrup and blueberries, yummy. Great way to get some healthier cheescake and use that cottage cheese in the back of your fridge.
