Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
I made this for a party we went to and everyone loved it. I added blueberries and mango - though the mango was a little much for my wife's taste - it turned out great. The cinnamon chips were a big hit too. My wife made it again the next day without the added sugar and it still was good.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes
these were great! I was using the oven for a roast so i made a bag out of heavy duty aluminum foil, sprayed it with pam and put it on the bbq for 15 min per side on med heat.
