Easy, quick....huge compliments from my husband...who grew up with a gourmet chef as a mom! My 5 year old daughter loved it too! I followed the suggestions from a reviewer...fresh spinach, fresh mushrooms, and skipped step 1...but it had to bake a little longer. Chicken came out moist and so oh yummy! Leftovers tonight with angel hair pasta!

Wow! Easy, and delicious! We had leftover lamb from roast. I cut it up into little chunks. I didn't change a thing from the original recipes...and my husband and my 5 year old daughter loved it. I loved it too! There was plenty left, so we froze some. Perfect for a cold winter day. Thanks for this one!

Very easy to make...and my daughter (5 1/2) and my husband loved it. Next time I will add beans, maybe some corn. Great leftovers!
