This was great! I made it for Valentines Day dinner. I let it set overnight in the fridge. Next day I popped it in the oven and served it with baked potatoes and garlic asparagus. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken In Basil Cream

This was my first time making this and it turned out pretty good. I served it with a side of snow peas and corn. The next day I used the sauce over some pasta. Delicious!

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

I made this dish twice. The first time I used white grape juice and garlic. The second time I used white wine and doubled the recipe because my husband loved the first one! Both wonderful. Will keep this in my recipe book. Thanks!

Spinach Apple Salad

This was really good. I had to adjust to what I had in the pantry. I just used apple cider vin, splash of lemon juice, instead of rasins I added grapes and a handful of craisins. Also a few crumb of feta. Thanks for the recipe.
