I'm from Osaka, Japan and moved to Okinawa for work 3 yrs ago. I like cooking and eating. I thank and cherish any foods whenever I eat. I'll never forget banana bread that my host mother, Mary used to make when I was in Portland, OR. THE BEST BANANA BREAD!! My goal is making the same one she made. One of great memories is that I had a chance cooking with wonderful women in NC. We made curry, miso soup and sushi together. I'll never forget the taste of biscuits and pancakes they made for me. There are always wonderful memories in the USA. Now I want to practice Hong Kong style sweets. Hong Kong is my favorite country. It'll be great if I get to know a lot of people from a lot of countries through cooking. Anything. I like trying.
