Quick Chicken Marsala

added fresh mushrooms and green onions sauteed in butter with a little olive oil (after I browned the chicken) deglazed the pan with a little marsala wine set cooked ingredients aside added the golden mush soup with about 3/4 c marsala wine and some veggie broth to cut the marsala wine. let simmer will also try exactly same recipe in slow cooker

wouldn't make again didn't use corn tortillas - the flour ones are a disaster too soggy - stick with regular enchilada recipe

Creamy Swiss Chicken

mix cream of chicken with herbs and cream of mushroom with roasted garlic used provelone cheese (but have used swiss too both yummy) made stuffing with sausage a little on the moist side and put that on top covered and cooked covered 45 min. and another 15 - 20 min uncovered to brown up stuffing! Fantastic meal

We thought this dish was great over white rice. As I tasted it while cooking I was beginning to be very dissappointed, but as the meal was complete and put over white rice It was very very good - Not a weekly meal, but very good for something different for chicken

Baked Pork Chops I

Additions: Saute mushrooms and onions to add to the soup mixture (which should be tripled with 6 large pork chops) used 1 cream of mushroom and 1 cream of chicken try golden mushroom and cream of mushroom with garlic. Use less milk and more white wine. And mix half italian bread crumbs with panko.

Banana Cake X

I was looking for a recipe to use up ripe bananas and found this one. The best find ever. I only made a few changes, I added banana cream pudding mix (I had it in my pantry, and would never make it for pudding or pie)and I used 3/4 cup milk, followed others and used 3 bananas and topped it off with chocolate fudge topping used for ice cream, I just microwaved it for 90 seconds and drizzled it over the top. Yummy! I made it for my family that consists of 3 adults and 3 children under the of 6 - Gone in 60 seconds!!!!! Thank you so much for this recipe sending it to my aunt who loves bananas!
