No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
Super easy, tasty, and kid-friendly! I crushed up some mini Oreos and sprinkled them on top for some crunch. It made a nice light, airy dessert after BBQ ribs!

Apple Crumble Pie
This pie was awesome and easy to make! I tossed the apples with the sugar and cinnamon before putting them in the crust, and increased the amounts for the topping slightly to make a bit extra. I baked it about 45 mins. at 325 and it turned out perfect! I also made a whole wheat crust for the bottom and the pie part was so delicious nobody said anything about the crust!
