I am a 21 yr old beginner "chef". My mother recently told me about this website, and I think that I am going to really enjoy using it! Back in Oct I moved into my first apt with my boyfriend, and have come to really enjoy cooking. Up until now, I never had really cooked before, and am starting to really love it! I hope to learn alot from here, and everyone on it! And am looking forward to gaining lots of information in the cooking world! I like to cook just about anything, and am willing to try just about anything. I dont really think that I have a favorite. Cooking is fun, no matter what I am making. So far, Im going to have to say my stuffed pork chops that I made when I first moved in, or this Roast I recently made. They both turned out amazing. Very tender, and had great flavor! *crosses fingers and taps on wood* Thankfully, I havent had any cooking tragedies yet.. (and watch now I will, since i just said that!)
