I'm from Barbados. I enjoy experimenting with new foods. I love anything with coconut in it. Also, because of the recent economic situation, careful budgeting has become absolutely necessary and coming up with creative and interesting meals has become a hobby of mine Soup especially traditional bajan soup with dumplings, sweet potato, vegetables and meat macaroni pie, coconut rice and milk, coconut bread quiche....it turned out great, german chocolate brownies, caramel popcorn...still working on different flavours....tried it with ginger last time no-bake cheesecake...it was horrible
