Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
Yum! Very simple for a lot of flavor. The pork was nice, tender, and juicy. I made a gravy with the sauce and it was awesome! I put the potatoes in the crock with the pork (like some have suggested), but they came out tasting goofy. Not a good sauce for potatoes, but this recipe wasn't for the potatoes...it was a success in my book for the pork!

Grilled Salmon Kyoto
I love this recipe! I only made one change that some other reviews suggested--used sesame seed oil instead of veg oil. I had already started to marinate it when some other dinner plans came up, so the salmon ended up marinating for a day. I thought it was going to be awful, but it was the best salmon I have ever eaten! I highly recommend this!!
