Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
A decent veggie burger. However I did make a few changes. I chopped up a green chili and added it with the onion pepper mixture, added 2 more garlic cloves, and a lot more hot sauce. I will also cut back on the bread crumbs next time because the flavor of them was a bit over powering.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups
Great recipe, however I did add about 2 tsp of chopped garlic with the spinach and green onions. I think this recipe would be great for stuffed shells. I also think that this would taste great if you use a red sauce instead of the alfredo.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms
Not a bad recipe. Instead of grilling i sprayed a baking sheet with some cooking spray and cooked the mushrooms in a oven at 400 degrees for about 15-20. The 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper didnt work well for my four mushrooms. Next time i'll be using 2 red bell peppers.
