Kelly's Butterscotch Pudding

I am not a fan of this recipe. Even using dark brown sugar, as suggested, it didn't have a strong enough butterscotch flavor. It was extremely sweet, and not creamy enough.

Orange-Ginger Tofu Triangles

Very tasty marinade. Not sure why it calls for 1/3 cup oil. I used 1 Tbsp. instead. Makes a lot of marinade. Next time I will make half the amount, as suggested in other reviews.

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

I used almond butter instead of peanut butter, as well as ice and flax seed meal, and it was delicious. I like having the extra protein in my breakfast smoothie.

Thai Curry Tofu

I hate to be one of the very few people who did not like this recipe, but I found the sauce too creamy and the flavor lacking depth. I would prefer green or red curry to curry powder.
