Beer Butt Chicken
The beer didn't change the taste at all, unenjoyable. MAde enchilada's with the leftovers!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
I cooked it for a few minutes more than the 20 minutes called for and it was uncooked in the center. But we did enjoy it, it was very spicy and fairly juicey.

BREAKSTONE'S Chicken and Sour Cream Enchiladas
Good, not spicey though. I didn't have enough salsa so that may have been part of the problem. Kids ate it though!
