Lemony Turkey Rice Soup
Yummy. I love the flavor of this soup. It reminds me of hot and sour soup in my favorite Chinese restaurant without the spice. The only change I made was to use cumin and coriander as I was out of fresh cilantro. I may add onions next time for additional flavor, but this recipe is fine without changes.

Five-Minute Blueberry Pie
This was a little too sweet for me. Next time I will use less sugar.

Asian Orange Chicken
This is pretty good but it takes too long to prep. Next time I will not be breading the chicken and I will use less sugar in the sauce.
