Spicy Chicken and Sweet Potato Stew
This is a great recipe. I took one person's advise and used chicken broth instead of water, and I put in half the chili powder and substituted parsley for the cilantro. Can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow night.

English Roast Beef
This is a wonderful recipe. I substitute red wine for the water, and leave out the mint, and the roast is extremely tasty and wonderfully tender.
