Great recipe. Here are a few tips to thicken the sauce... add 2 table spoon melted butter and 2 table spoon flour.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I also included some corn starch in with the flour to dust the chicken. Gives a great finished coat look. Also, because we were serving 8, we baked them in the oven for 25min after quickly frying the outsides.

Moroccan Lamb Kabobs
Delicious dish. One suggestion = small portions on wooden skewers. Cooking is trouble if you use metal skewers or add too much meat - the meat will fall off. This is fabolous with the homemade Tazeki ....
